I gave Gman a run for his money at laser tag! I think he was a little surprised his ole Mom knows how play (guess he doesn’t know I grew up in the 80s with the OG lol!). When Kidz Lane offered me to review their laser tag set I jumped right on it, how AWESOME! Sponsored
The laser tag set also gave screen time a good run for its money…if you’ve got elementary kids like I do then you know dragging them away from their screens after school is its own special kind of challenge…the struggle is real!
The boys had a blast playing with the Kidz Lane laser tag set. They also spent some time just sitting with the set on the rug, testing out all the settings and seeing how they worked. No screens + running around in the backyard after school playing together = SCORE for this Mommy!
These would be a fun new toy to occupy kiddos during Spring Break…and would also make a great little gift from the big bunny…don’t forget batteries!
Did you play laser tag as a kid? Did you have that old original set back in the 80s? Or am a dating myself LOL! Honestly its still so much fun to play laser tag as an adult!
For the laser tag veterans, the guns have a lot of features you can set…including:
- 4 TEAM MODES – Choose one of the four teams, teams are indicated by light color, Red White Green and Blue
- 4 GUN MODES– Choose one of four gun settings – Pistol, Shotgun, Submachine Gun and Rocket.
- REALISTIC – Realistic shooting sounds, different sounds for each gun mode (Pistol, Shotgun, Submachine, and Rocket)
- FUN & ACTION – Lights up and vibrates when shooting or hit, different life bars and available shots for each gun mode.
- OUTDOORS & INDOORS – a striking distance of approximately 130 Feet makes it a great outdoor or indoor activity
If you are in the market for some fresh ideas this Spring to get the kiddos outside and playing, I think this Kidz Lane Laser Tag set is money well spent! Let me know what you think if you try it!!
PS If are a mom of BUSY kids…check this post out for a laugh!

My grandkids still play laser tag and paintball and nerfball shooter guns. I am glad the nerf guns are a lot safer than in their parents day! There’s laser tag about two miles from our house. The place gives bargain prices when you buy a card with your food. The sounds from the toys sound really cool.
